Installation process steps of aluminum composite panel

Aluminum composite panels have a wide range of functions, and many industries have used this type of panels. So, what is its installation process? I believe that some friends don’t know much about it, so I will briefly introduce the installation steps to you.

1. Elastic thread. According to the height of the house, a horizontal line is drawn along the ceiling to draw the position of the joist installation.

2. Install the boom. After the line is sprung, the boom is fixed on the roof with expansion bolts.

3. Install the main keel. The main keel is generally light steel keel, and the installation spacing is generally 1200mm.

4. Install the secondary keel. The secondary keel is placed on the main keel, and the spacing is generally 600mm.

5. Install the aluminum gusset. Gently press along the flanging position, snap both sides of the aluminum gusset into the sub keel, and then push it tightly.
