Printing Aluminum Composite Panel

We offer high definition, full-color printing directly to aluminum composite material (ACM or ACP) panels, up to 5' x 10', printed on our UV curable flatbed press. Aluminum composite panels consist of two pre-painted aluminum sheets bonded to a solid polyethylene core, creating a panel around half the weight of aluminum. We can print up to a 5' x 10' sheet of aluminum composite, single-sided or double-sided. We use premium Max Metal sheets unless another brand is requested. ACP sheets are available in 3mm and 6mm thicknesses and in a heavy-duty version with thicker aluminum. Colors available include white, textured white, brushed silver, mirrored silver, brushed gold, mirrored gold, black, textured black, blue, green, red, and yellow.
