10 Precautions For The Use Of Aluminum-plastic Board Project
Jun 11, 2020
In many commercial construction projects, aluminum-plastic panels are often used in engineering. The following points should be noted during the installation and use of aluminum-plastic panels including aluminum-plastic panels:
1. Aluminum-plastic composite board should be stored or installed in a dry and ventilated place to avoid water accumulation, and the ambient temperature is not higher than 70 ℃. Avoid installation in harsh environments such as dust, wind, sand, radiation, harmful gases, and chemical environments.
2. The aluminum-plastic plate should be laid flat during transportation or storage. During the transportation process, the 4 sides of the board must be lifted at the same time. Do not drag on one side to avoid scratching the board surface.
3. When grooving, you should use a round head or a V-shaped flat saw blade or milling cutter ≥90 degrees to grooving, and you need to leave a 0.2-0.3mm thick plastic core board with the panel to flang together to increase strength and toughness and prevent Aluminum sheet hydrogenation. If the corners are too sharp or the cutting damages the aluminum panel or the remaining plastic is too thick, it will cause the aluminum plate to break or the paint film to burst when bending.
4. Use even force when bending, do not bend repeatedly, otherwise the aluminum panel will break.
5. In order to maintain the flatness of the aluminum-plastic plate project and enhance its wind resistance, the aluminum-plastic plate needs to be lined with a skeleton after being bent and glued to the plate with glue.
6. Do not use it in one step when decorating the curved surface. The bending radius should be greater than 30cm. Use the bending equipment to bend the aluminum-plastic board and slowly apply force to make the board gradually reach the required curved surface.
7. In order to avoid visual disparity, the aluminum-plastic board should be installed on the same plane in the same process direction.
8. After installation, the protective film should be torn off within 45 days to avoid aging of the protective film. When tearing the film, it may cause the phenomenon of adhesive residue.
9. Indoor aluminum-plastic panels without fluorocarbon coating should not be installed outdoors to ensure their useful life.
10. If the surface of the board is contaminated during construction or use, it can be cleaned with a neutral detergent. Avoid cleaning with strong acid or alkaline detergent, which will damage the board surface.
