4 Tricks Used By Inferior Aluminum-plastic Board Manufacturers

Jun 10, 2020

The decoration and curtain wall materials that were quickly excavated in the mid-1990s are aluminum-plastic panels. However, with the continuous expansion of the industry, in recent years, in order to maximize profits, some manufacturers have produced a lot of inferior products that cut corners and sub-fill well, causing many quality accidents and causing considerable losses. What are the common ways for some manufacturers to use sub-charging?

Reduce the thickness of aluminum plate

The strength of the aluminum-plastic composite board is largely borne by the aluminum plate. If the aluminum plate is too thin, the product strength is very low, easy to deform, and even endanger personal safety. Domestic aluminum plates are sold by weight, so many manufacturers are desperately reducing the thickness of aluminum plates to increase the length of aluminum coils to reduce costs.

Use internal wall panels as external wall panels

The aluminum material of the outer wall aluminum composite board should be rust-proof aluminum, and the surface paint should be an internationally recognized weather-resistant fluorocarbon paint, so as to ensure that the product has a long service life in harsh climate environments. However, some use the inner wall panel as the outer wall panel, and some use non-fluorocarbon paint as the fluorocarbon paint, which seriously shortens the life of the product and causes unnecessary economic losses.

Product bubble open

Bubbles or peeling of the aluminum plate can be clearly observed on the surface of the product, and some appear after a period of use. There are many reasons for this. For example, manufacturers use inferior glue to cause poor adhesion, raw materials are contaminated, use inferior raw materials, and bring bubbles into the production process, which will affect the appearance and safety of the product.

Selection of core materials

Aluminum-plastic composite core materials currently use polyethylene instead of polyvinyl chloride, because polyvinyl chloride will produce a strong deadly poisonous gas when burned, so it has not been adopted in China. Some manufacturers use recycled old materials with complex components, without strict sorting and processing, with more impurities and unstable product quality.
