What Are The Classification Of Aluminum-plastic Board Protective Film
Jul 03, 2020
There are various classification methods for the protective film for aluminum-plastic board, generally classified according to the protective film base material, adhesive or use characteristics.
What are the classification of aluminum-plastic board protective film
(1) According to the protection base material
It can be roughly divided into two categories: PE (polyethylene) protective film and PVC (polyvinyl chloride) protective film. If further subdivided according to the thickness of the substrate, the thickness is 20-120μm, or even thicker; if divided according to the color of the substrate, there can be colorless transparent film, transparent blue film, white film, black and white film, etc.
(2) By adhesive
Can be divided into rubber-type pressure-sensitive adhesive and acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive.
Among them, rubber-type pressure-sensitive adhesives can be subdivided into solvent-based rubber pressure-sensitive adhesives and cross-linked rubber pressure-sensitive adhesives. Acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesives are divided into solvent-based acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesives, emulsion-type acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesives and water-dispersible acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesives.
At present, the domestic protective films used in the aluminum-plastic plate market are mainly solvent-based acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive protective films, while the imported protective films used in aluminum-plastic plates are mainly rubber-type solvent-based protective films.
In addition, there are coextruded films, cast films, and electrostatic films that are not glued but still self-adhesive.
(3) According to usage characteristics
It can be divided into UV-resistant protective film for outdoor use; laser-cutting protective film; heat-resistant protective film; easily peelable protective film, etc.
