Aluminum-plastic composite panel
Aluminum-plastic composite panel (also known as aluminum-plastic composite panel), as a new type of decorative material, uses chemically treated coated aluminum plate as surface material, polyethylene plastic or high mineral as core material, and is used in special aluminum-plastic panel production equipment. processed composite material. It is composed of two materials (metal and non-metal) with completely different properties. It not only retains the main characteristics of the original composition material (metal aluminum, non-metal polyethylene plastic), but also overcomes the shortcomings of the original composition material, thereby obtaining many Excellent material properties, such as luxury, bright and colorful decoration, weather resistance, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, easy processing and molding, easy handling and installation, etc. Therefore, aluminum-plastic composite panels are widely used in all aspects of architectural decoration, and have become one of the representatives of metal curtain walls.
There are many varieties of aluminum composite panels, and they are a new type of material. Therefore, there is no unified classification method. They are usually classified according to product function, surface decoration effect and use.
1. Classification by product function:
(1) Fireproof board: The flame-retardant core material is selected, and the combustion performance of the product reaches the flame-retardant grade (B1 level) or the non-combustible level (A level).
(2) Antibacterial and mildew-proof aluminum-plastic board: Coating the antibacterial and bactericidal coating on the aluminum-plastic board.
(3) Antistatic aluminum composite panel: The aluminum composite panel is coated with antistatic paint, so it is not easy to generate static electricity, and the dust in the air is not easy to adhere to its surface.
2. Classification by surface decoration effect:
(1) Coated decorative aluminum composite panel: various decorative coatings are applied on the surface of the aluminum panel. Commonly used are fluorocarbon, polyester, acrylic coatings.
(2) Anodized and colored aluminum composite panel: The aluminum alloy panel is treated in time by anodizing, and has colors such as red and bronze.
(3) Film decorative composite board: The color pattern film is adhered to the primed aluminum plate or directly attached to the degreasing aluminum plate according to the set process conditions and relying on the action of the adhesive.
(4) Color-printed aluminum-plastic board: Different patterns are printed on the transfer paper with different patterns through computer imagesetter printing technology, and various imitation natural patterns are printed on the transfer paper, and then indirectly copied on the aluminum-plastic board through thermal transfer technology. Various imitation natural patterns.
(5) Brushed aluminum-plastic panel: The aluminum alloy panel with the surface treated by brushing is used, and the common ones are gold and silver brushed products.
(6) Mirror aluminum-plastic panel: The surface of the aluminum alloy panel is polished to look like a mirror.
3. Classified by use:
(1) Aluminum-plastic panels for building curtain walls: the minimum thickness of the upper and lower aluminum panels shall not be less than 0.50mm, and the total thickness shall not be less than 4mm. The aluminum material should meet the requirements of GB/T 3880. Generally, 3000, 5000 series of aluminum alloy plates should be used, and the coating should be fluorocarbon resin coating.
(2) Aluminum-plastic panels for exterior wall decoration and advertising: the upper and lower aluminum panels are made of rust-proof aluminum with a thickness of not less than 0.20mm, and the total thickness should not be less than 4mm. The coating generally adopts fluorocarbon coating or polyester coating.
(3) Indoor aluminum-plastic panels: the upper and lower aluminum panels generally use aluminum panels with a thickness of 0.20mm, the minimum thickness is not less than 0.10mm, and the total thickness is generally 3mm. Coatings are polyester or acrylic.
