We use pure, flexible, rigid and silky core material to support the top and back metals. Quality LDPE and FR material are our major choice. 100% LDPE Non-toxic, Rigid and Flexible. FR core (EN13501-1 certified) is another option.
Ø Protective film:*: The panel surface is protected with a self-adhesive peel-off protective film
Ø Surface coating:*: finished with a high-performance PVDF or FEVE coating.
Ø Top skin material:* 0.5mm thick aluminum alloy with 1 series.
Ø FR A core material:* Non-combustible mineral filled FR A core
Ø Bottom Skin material:* 0.5mm thick aluminum alloy with 1 series.
Ø Bottom coating: * it is a service coating to protect from possible corrosion problems.
