PVDF Aluminum Composite Panel:

By adopting PVDF paints from the two toppest paint supplier: American PPG and Sweden Beckers, Megabond® PVDF Aluminum Composite Panel is the most ideal material for facade cladding, curtain wall cladding and other outdoor using purpose.

PVDF is short for Polyvinlylidene Fluoride, the color will have no obvious change within 15 to 20 years when it’s applied outdoor. PVDF paint should be 2-layer coating or 3-layer coating, and Painting Thickness ≥25um., Fluorocarbon Powder ≥70%.

Polyester(PE) Aluminum Composite Panel:

Due to Polyester paints’s great nature, it can achieve versatile vivid color and achive higher gloss rate than PVDF. Megabond® Polyester Aluminum Composite Panel is ideal for interior wall and shopfront decoration and signaboard materials. And it can lower your budget the most.

With Polyester, the color has 5 to 10 years color warranty. Painting Thickness ≥18um, usually its a 1-layer coating or 2-layer coating.

Nano Aluminum Composite Panel:

By combining the new Nano Technology with the traditional production technology of ACP, Xinghe develops the innovative Nano coating Aluminum Composite Panel. Nano ACP itself has the self-cleaning function so dirt can not attach onto it easily, it will give the building a consistently new look and can lower your maintenance costs a lot.
