4mm NANO-PVDF aluminum composite panel
NANO-PVDF aluminum composite panel is exclusively made for exterior wall cladding, its excellent
property comes from the front coating and its outstanding durability, PVDF (polyvinylidene flouride carbon)
kynar 500 coating is achieved through the continuing roller coating system which is based on the most
prestigious technology and the multiple layers are individually stoved at 220-260 ℃, the two cover sheets
sandwich the same mineral core of polyethylene which is hardly inflammable.
Alu-skin: aluminum alloy AA1100 series AA3003 series
Thickness: 0.02mm---0.50mm (included the coating PE film, tolerance:±0.01-0.02mm)
Surface treatment: NANO-PVDF coating(coating thickness35-37ɥm±1ɥm)
Polyethylene core: non-toxicity LDPE
Color: RAL/PANTONE or as our own color chart or customized for you

Thickness: 2-6mm（Tolerance：±0.2mm）
Width: 950mm-2000mm（Tolerance：±2mm）
Length: up to 6000mm（Tolerance：±2mm）
