Packaging and delivery

As a new type of decorative material, PVDF aluminum composite panel was introduced to China from Germany in the late 1980s and early 1990s. Its construction method, excellent processing performance, excellent fire resistance and noble quality are quickly favored by people.

The unique performance of PVDF aluminum composite panel itself determines its wide range of uses: it can be used for building exterior walls, curtain wall panels, renovation of old buildings, interior wall and ceiling decoration, advertising signs, display racks, purification and dustproof projects. It belongs to a new type of building decoration material.

Specification

PVDF aluminum composite panels are essentially composed of three layers, which are combined with PE coatings to form a highly insulating flat panel. The two layers of aluminum sheets are permanently bonded with a polyethylene inner core, which, when passed through the PE coating, makes the surface smoother and more resistant. It is important that only the front side of the panels is painted with PE (polyester) paint, which absorbs maximum damage without damaging the inner core and panels.
