Aluminum composite panel (ACP), also aluminum composite material(ACM), it is a type of flat panel that consists of two thin aluminum sheets + polyethylene at the middle, it can be use for Exterior, Interior Applications, Advertisement and market applications like Wall cladding, facades, roofs, ceilings, bathrooms, kitchens, Display platforms, signboards, fascias and shop fronts etc.

Most of the time you will find aluminum composite material panels used in making signs in outside stores, as aluminum composite material being weather proof, in addition to being light and durable.

1, Coating type: PE coating, PVDF coating, Brush surface, Mirror surface, Fireproof, NANO, high glossy for PE coating

2, The front side: aluminum-alloy coated with fluorocarbon resin(PVDF) or polyester resin(PE) roasting painting

3, PE Core material: non-toxic & low-density polyethylene, Fireproof polyethylene for class B1

3, Back side: aluminum alloy sheet coated with primer/polyester resin painting

4, Thickness: 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm is available

5, Aluminum thickness: 0.03mm, 0.05mm, 0.1mm, 0.12mm, 0.15mm, 0.18mm, 0.21mm, 0.3mm, 0.4mm, 0.5mm

6, Standard Size: 1220 x 2440 x 3mm, 1250 x 2440 x 4mm

8, Packing : PE protective film on the frond side, then put on wooden pallet for LCL shipment, or wooden pallet for FCL, in Bulk for FCL container.
