4.Packing Details
Except a special requirement from customer, the standard package will use steel pallet with protect frame at a <3T weight /pallet .
The package material will not involve any wood material which may need present Fumigation certification for some country.
5.Processing Methods
| 1.ACP could easy to be cut.It is able to reach the wanted size by shearing machine. |
| 2.Use table saw or hand saw also aconvenient way to judge the size,especially when need a little size modification when on construction site. |
| 3.If there is a hole requirements on the panel ,could easily get through by drill.(not recommend to make hole on panel if the application is on exterior) |
| 4.It could use bolt screw ,nut,or rivet etc connect way to fix or stick the panel and supporting frame.(suuggest use stainless steel or AL material to avoid the possible rusty or corruption.) |
| 5.Use punch machine also could get wanted hole.(not recommend to make hole on panel if the application is on exterior) |
| 6.It could make courve or column by use three roller curve machine or hydraulic pressure curve machine. |
| 7.It could easy to bend the Alcobond FA A2 ACP by giving U type groove on the panel back side. |
| 8.To select stand up or lay down CNC process center is also a good way when need big batch quantity p |
